Orders typically ship within 3-4 days. Domestic U.S. orders are shipped via Media Mail. Please allow 7 business days for delivery. Rest fo the World ships via USPS First Class Int'l.
Return Policy
Returns available for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. To initiate a return, please email returns@acetate.com. Please include your order number and/or the email address used to place the order.
In order to receive a full refund:
- Items must be in new condition and returned in proper packaging to ensure resalability
- CDs and LPs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
- Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unfortunate case that your items are damaged or defective upon delivery, please email returns@acetate.com to discuss replacement or refund options. Please include the item name and order number in your email.
DIGITAL GOODS
Due to the nature of digital goods, they are not refundable. If you are experiencing problems downloading your digital goods, please contact info@acetate.com.
